QA Inspector

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented QA to join our client’s team based in Trafford Park on a temporary 6-month contract.

This role will involve carrying out final and in-process inspections, ensuring products meet the required quality standards, and completing essential quality assurance documentation. The successful candidate will primarily support the client’s product group and work closely with various internal departments to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out final inspections of finished parts and assemblies, primarily within the product group.

* Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet specified quality requirements.

* Analyse and interpret inspection data to produce accurate certification documents.

* Liaise with multiple departments, including Production, Customer Services and Commercial, to support quality processes.

* Complete QA documentation, including quality control plans, inspection plans and test reports.

* Generate and complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in accordance with AS9100 requirements.

* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

* The ability to accurately interpret technical and inspection data.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.

* A thorough and organised approach to quality documentation.

Important Information

* This is a temporary 6-month position only.

* Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

* The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check carried out by the client.
