Quality Assurance Manager.
Working for this key global provider of sustainable packaging solutions for consumers, in particular the food and drink industry globally. They provide products that protect on-the-go and on-the-shelf food and beverages, ensuring hygiene and safety, and helping prevent food waste.They are committed to protecting food, people, and the planet and are looking for passionate professionals to join their team.Reporting into the Technical Manager with 3 Director reports.Your role will involve: -
Primary Quality Liaison
: Represent the company professionally with customers, suppliers, and external bodies.
Complaint Management
: Handle all complaints effectively, implementing preventative and corrective actions.
System Maintenance
: Maintain Compliance Quest (CQ) and other systems ensuring site compliance, other systems include MS SharePoint, MS Forms and a brand-new dataflow system
understanding the background of the system and pulling data from the systems
People management:
3 Direct reports including a QA Supervisor and 2 QA Auditors, carrying out appraisals, training and one to ones
