Quality Assurance Officer

Up to £32,000 plus Bonus

We're supporting a pharmaceutical company in Runcorn in their search for a Quality Assurance Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with QA experience in pharma who's passionate about compliance, continuous improvement, and building strong cross-functional relationships.

The Role:

• Support the development and maintenance of quality systems and SOPs
• Build strong relationships across departments to promote a quality-first culture
• Assist with complaint investigations and non-conformance CAPAs
• Collate and review QMS data and contribute to trend analysis
• Maintain visibility of compliance status across the site
• Support audits, improvement projects, and departmental QA initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a Quality role within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
• Familiarity with complaint handling and investigations (advantageous)
• Strong organisational and admin skills
• Proactive, resilient, and confident working independently
• Clear communicator with a methodical approach
