QA Specialist (Validation) - Hyrbid

Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant for a permanent role based in Kent. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams to oversee the progression and timely execution of quality assurance activities. This role is a hybrid one, offering the flexibility of both office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee the progression and timely execution of quality assurance activities.
• Manage deviations, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee the documentation system, including reviewing and approving standard operating procedures, batch manufacturing records, and other controlled documentation.
• Maintain the site Validation Master Plan and Planned Preventive Maintenance Program, including reviewing calibration and maintenance reports.
• Conduct internal audits as designated in the company audit program.

Requirements

• Knowledge and practical experience of risk-based validation approach.
• Experience with Process Validation and Cleaning Validation/Verification.
• Ability to manage Site Validation Master Plan.
• Experience managing validation lifecycles from creation to retirement.
• Subject matter expert for equipment, facility, process change management.
