Quality Assurance Supervisor

Salary: £35,000–£38,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team within a medical company.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong QA/quality inspection background who is ready to take on a supervisory position and play an important role in maintaining high standards across the business.

The Role

As Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing quality inspection processes while supervising and supporting the team to ensure that all work is completed to the required standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out and overseeing quality inspections.

Ensuring products and processes meet required quality standards.

Supervising, supporting and motivating members of the team.

Identifying quality issues and ensuring appropriate corrective action is taken.

Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.

Monitoring processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Ensuring company procedures and quality requirements are followed.

Working closely with management and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Providing guidance and training to team members where required.

Helping maintain a strong culture of quality, accuracy and compliance.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or quality inspection.

Has experience working within a medical, healthcare, manufacturing or similarly regulated environment.

Has previous supervisory or team-leading experience, or is ready to take the next step into a supervisory role.

Has excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Is organised, reliable and able to work to deadlines.

Has good communication and problem-solving skills.

Can confidently supervise a team while maintaining high professional standards.

Takes pride in their work and has a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

What We Offer

£35,000–£38,000 salary, depending on experience.

Permanent, full-time position.

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
