Job Responsibilities:

• The Technical Clerk provides vital clerical and technical support to the QA surveillance teams with key responsibilities for raising tracking and ensuring quality documentation is effectively compiled and controlled 


• Compile and manage Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission in line with project requirements. 


• Upload, distribute, and manage quality documentation including FUDs, surveillance plans, inspection reports, and relevant technical records. 


• Assist in the management and tracking of RFIs (Requests for Information), FCRs (Field Change Requests), and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). 


• Update and maintain traceability trackers for materials, welds, and quality records, ensuring robust document and data control. 


• Assist in the tracking of inspection outcomes, including findings, corrective actions, and close-out. 


• Provide clerical support including document formatting, filing, version control, and archiving of surveillance-related records. 


• Act as a point of contact for general enquiries regarding the surveillance programme and documentation 


• Any other reasonable activities as requested by the line manager

Qualifications:

• CCNSG required

Experience:

• Previous experience in the similar field.
