Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (40 hrs per week)

As a QA Technician, you will:

• Carry out routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

• Ensure all products meet customer and legal specifications.

• Monitor hygiene, CCPs, traceability, temperature records, and GMP standards.

• Investigate and report any non-conformances.

• Support production teams with food safety and quality guidance.

• Ensure compliance with BRCGS and retailer standards.

• Previous experience in food manufacturing (QA/QC role preferred).

• Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality systems.

• High attention to detail with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Flexibility to work different shifts if required.

• Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, Email).
