QA/QA Lead-Food Sector

The Company

The Role

* You will be involved with the internal site audits.

* Food Safety and Quality Management System.

* Finished Product Specifications and related records.

* Production record implementation.

* Maintain and archive record.

* Control and calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment.

* Scheduled traceability and mass balance exercises.

* Present at 2nd 3rd part audits.

* Product packaging analysis schedule based on risk assessment.

* Controlled release of product and packaging and their traceability.

* Supplier approval and performance monitoring.

* Storage sample management.

* Shelf-life monitoring.

The Person

* You will ideally hold a Food safety qualification-level 3 or 4 ideally.

* Must have previous QA experience within the food sector.

* An awareness and understanding of HACCP and audit exposure will be a definite advantage.

* Flexibility and a positive “can do” attitude is essential as the business is fast paced and ever changing.

* The role demands a people person with effective communication skills and IT literacy.
