QAQC Engineer

V7 Recruitment are recruiting for a QA/QC CSA Engineer on behalf of a leading international data centre contractor delivering major hyperscale projects across Europe.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing project team and play a key role in ensuring all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in a QA/QC Engineer position on large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of CSA construction methods, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience managing inspections, test plans, quality documentation, and NCR processes.
Data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect CSA works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
Review subcontractor quality submissions, method statements, and inspection records.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits, issuing NCRs where required.
Support project teams in identifying, managing, and resolving quality issues.
Work closely with engineers, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely close-out of quality matters.
Verify that materials, installations, and workmanship meet project and client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, certifications, and quality documentation.
Support project reporting and quality performance monitoring.
Assist with project handover activities, including QA dossiers, O&M manuals, and final documentation.
