QA/QC Manager

Expanding our UK operations, we are looking for a QA/QC Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for EPC projects;


• Ensure full compliance with QA/QC standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements;


• Review and approve project documentation and monitor construction quality;


• Conduct site inspections, audits, and oversees testing activities;


• Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions;


• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure quality compliance;


• Provide quality performance reports to senior management;


• Promote continuous improvement and deliver QA/QC training when required.

Requirements:

• Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field; PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable;


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the solar, renewable energy, or construction industry, with at least 2 years in an EPC environment;


• Proven track record of managing solar projects from inception to completion, including utility-scale or ground-mounted installations;


• Familiarity with solar technologies, grid integration, and relevant regulations;


• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to travel for office meetings and site visits.
