Your salary, benefits & hours of work

£27,000 and annual bonus
Flexitime: start any time between 7:30am and 9:30am, finish between 3:30pm and 5:30pm
Monday to Friday, no weekends
Full training from day one
No weekend or bank holiday working, with a shutdown from Christmas to the New Year.
Holidays 24 days plus 8 Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service - one extra day for every 5 years to a maximum of 25 years)What you'll do as the QC Administrator

You'll keep the Quality Control project team running smoothly, handling the admin that gets samples tested and results back to customers.

Book stability and project samples into the QC systems
Organise despatch of samples to partner testing laboratories, raising purchase orders and labelling correctly
Collect and trend data, create Certificates of Analysis and draft customer quotes
Complete and archive records, keeping the lab audit-ready
Prepare reagents and run basic sample checks once trained
Order consumables and support improvements across the labWhat you'll need to apply for the QC Administrator

Strong, hands-on administration experience with a genuine eye for detail
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office 365) and happy to learn new systems.Interested?
