Location: Eastleigh (Southampton)
Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour
Shifts: 06:00-14:00 or 07:00-15:00

We are seeking a QC Component Sampler to join a leading Quality Control team based at Eastleigh (Southampton). This role plays a vital part in ensuring raw materials meet strict quality standards before entering the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
Sample and inspect raw materials against established specifications. Conduct quality checks and assist with testing activities. Investigate and support the resolution of out-of-specification (OOS) results and non-conformances. Liaise with suppliers and escalate quality concerns where necessary. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure all safety standards are followed. Work in accordance with GMP and quality procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
What We're Looking For
No previous sampling experience required - full training will be provided. Manufacturing, warehouse, or quality control experience would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset. Good colour vision and sense of smell. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 15kg throughout the shift.
