QHSE Coordinator

Ashtead Technology has an exciting opportunity for a QHSE Coordinator to join our growing team in Turriff. In this key role, you'll support our QHSE team in maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance across the business. Through effective coordination, accurate record management, and a proactive approach, you'll help drive continuous improvement while supporting a safe, efficient working environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborating with and supporting the QHSE team to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.


• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in QHSE practices and supporting the maintenance and updating of QHSE documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.


• Assisting with the preparation and coordination of QHSE audits and inspections.


• Supporting delivery of HSE focused training topics to workshop and offshore personnel on a regular basis.


• Supporting the production, distribution and filing of safety alerts.


• Coordinating the company lessons learned system, including the allocation and tracking of actions.
  


• Assisting with implementation the QHSE competency system across all teams.


• Contributing to the delivery of proactive emergency response initiatives.
  


• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of QHSE matters.


• Provide administrative support to the wider QHSE team

What experience you'll bring:

• Administrative / Coordinator experience in a similar role.


• Certification in QHSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) advantageous.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.


• Self-motivated, flexible, organised and able to work on own initiative.
  


• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a quality focus.
