The company is a large-scale marine outfitter that provides bespoke interior designs for large vessels and cruise ships, some of their most notable projects have been for Marella Voyager and Holland America cruise lines. This role would suit an experienced QHSE Lead, who is looking to join a growing company that can offer an enhanced pension plan, Travel allowance and early Friday finish. The Role: Develop and deliver a forward-looking SHEQ strategy aligned with business objectives and global project delivery Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on SHEQ Risks, performance and opportunities Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of SHEQ management Systems (including ISO standards) Work closely with project teams to ensure SHEQ is embedded from pre-construction through to delivery. Lead, Mentor and develop the SHEQ team to build capability and engagement.
