This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced production environment. The Role: Support the implementation and maintenance of QHSE systems and procedures Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments Investigate incidents and support corrective and preventative actions Assist with maintaining certifications and accreditations (e.g. ISO standards) Promote a positive safety culture across the site Deliver training and guidance to employees on QHSE matters Requirements: Previous experience in a QHSE, HSE, or quality-focused role within manufacturing or production Knowledge of health & safety legislation and quality systems Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Relevant qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) desirable What's on Offer: Salary between £32,000 - £35,000 Monday to Friday day shift (08:00 - 17:00) Supportive and stable working environment Opportunities for professional development and progression If you're passionate about maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement, this role offers an excellent platform to grow your career.
