Job Title: QMS Administrator
Department: Alloga Quality
Location: On-site - South Normanton, DE55 2FH
Reports To: QA Manager
· To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to the H & S Manager
· To ensure that all direct reports adhere to the Company Health & Safety policies/standards at all times
· To perform all QA activity in accordance with company procedures and client instructions
· To support the business in maintaining compliance to GDP, GMP and ISO 9001 standards by
:
o Maintaining documentation within the quality management system
o Facilitating the timely review of Standard Operating Procedures
o Recording details of quality incidents in the quality system
o Reviewing quality incidents and reporting the status of corrective actions
o Providing analysis of quality incident reports
o Completing corrective actions in accordance with agreed timescales
o Maintaining appropriate records of QA activity
o Maintaining accurate records of all calibration activity and maintaining the calibration system.
o Performing and documenting validation activities as instructed and in accordance with defined protocols
o Participating in client and regulatory audits
o Documenting and escalating client and customer complaints
o Performing internal compliance inspections of operational areas in order to identify opportunities for improvement and agreeing necessary corrective actions with process / area owners
o Providing administrative support to the change control system in accordance with the defined change control process
o Providing general administrative support to the QA department
o Production and maintenance of client quality KPI metrics
o Production of client pre audit packs and raising client audits within QPulse
o Responsible for monthly pest control reviews including, monitoring open actions
o Responsible for reviewing monthly credit reviews
o Completing key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the role
o Archiving of paperwork, such as technical agreements, calibration certificates
o Completion of Customer and Client Bona Fide checks using the Bona Fide database
o Responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner
o Undertaking additional tasks across the QA Department/Function in accordance with requirements
o Appropriate maintenance of the shared email boxes
o Raising purchase orders for Quality department
· Communicating effectively with all other departments
To carry out any reasonable request from senior management as required and according to business needs commensurate with training and experience necessary to complete such a request in a compliant manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
· 1 year experience working within a GDP or GMP environment
· Understanding of GDP and applicable GMP requirements
· Trained in all relevant SOP’s in 3 Months
· Intermediate user of Microsoft packages, i.e. word and excel.
