QSHE Administrator / Coordinator
Salary - £25,000 – £30,000 | Full-Time | Permanent
Location - Northampton
Hours - Mon–Thurs: 8am–5pm | Fri: 8am–4:30pm

No QSHE experience? No problem!

Are you organised, confident on a computer and great at keeping things on track?

Maybe you're working in Admin, Customer Service, Operations, Sales Support or Coordination and fancy learning something new?

What will you be doing?

You'll support the QSHE team and help keep everything running smoothly, including:

-Keeping records and systems up to date
-Booking training, medicals and inductions
-Tracking training and certificate expiry dates
-Preparing spreadsheets and reports
-Supporting audits and inspections
-Keeping on top of actions and deadlines
-Chasing outstanding actions and speaking with colleagues/providers
-Managing documents and compliance records
-Supporting managers, employees and contractors

Organised and detail-focused
Confident using Microsoft Office
A good communicator
Comfortable juggling different tasks
Reliable and proactive
Happy to pick up the phone and chase things
Keen to learn and developPrevious admin or coordination experience is great, but attitude is more important!
