A well-established and profitable business based in Oswestry as a result of succession planning seek to recruit a talented Qualified Accountant, to join its finance team. This is an ideal role for a 1st time mover from practice or someone who trained in practice and already made a move into industry.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a driven and ambitious accountant to play a key role in the financial operations of a market leading UK organisation. Candidate Profile:

* Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with experience gained from working in practice with exposure to auditing

* Strong technical accounting and commercial skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports

* Support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

* Collaboration with departmental heads to provide financial insights and guidance

* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements

* Identifying and implementing process improvements within finance operations
