Qualified Accounts Senior

CMA Recruitment Group is looking for a qualified accountant with ambitions to grow with a dynamic and expanding local firm. What will the Qualified Accountant role involve?

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients across varied sectors
• Preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, and related services
• Supporting and reviewing work of 2 junior team members
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
• Contributing to the firm’s growth strategy and internal process improvement
• Long-term opportunity to step into a manager position as the team expands

Suitable Candidate for the Qualified Accountant vacancy:

• ACA / ACCA qualified with experience in an accountancy practice
• Confident managing accounts preparation and client communication
• Comfortable reviewing work and guiding junior team members
• Ambitious and commercially aware, with a desire to grow into management
• Willing to get involved in wider business development and firm growth
• Positive, proactive and eager to be part of a growing, close-knit team
