Qualified Audit Senior - Accountancy Practice

Butler Rose is proud to be working on behalf of a respected and growing accountancy firm in Banbury that's looking to appoint a Qualified Audit Senior to join its busy corporate services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with strong audit experience to step into a varied and client-facing role. You'll work across a wide range of sectors (including commercial and not-for-profit), taking responsibility for planning, executing, and completing audits, as well as preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations.

What you'll be doing:

• Planning and delivering audits, from risk assessment through to file completion
• Leading fieldwork and guiding junior team members
• Preparing year-end accounts and tax computations
• Managing client relationships and contributing to high-quality service delivery
• Supporting and mentoring trainees
• Working with software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and CCH

What we're looking for:

• ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 3 years' practice experience
• Confident in planning and completing audits
• Strong IT and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (client travel is required)
