Qualified Client Manager

TPF Recruitment is proud to be supporting a growing firm of chartered accountants in Eastbourne that is going through an exciting period of expansion. As part of their growth plans, the firm is looking to recruit a Client Manager to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with strong post-qualification experience to join a modern, client-focused accountancy practice that is investing in its people and its future. As a Client Manager, you’ll be a key member of the firm’s leadership team, supporting a broad portfolio of clients and helping to drive the firm’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact
  

• Review and oversee accounts preparation, tax compliance and advisory work
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, directors and other stakeholders
  

• Support and manage junior staff, providing mentoring, training and technical guidance
  

• Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for new business and service improvements
  

• Ensure high standards of compliance and service delivery across all client work
  

• Contribute to the firm’s internal processes, technology adoption and operational efficiency
  

About You:

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with several years of post-qualification experience
  

• Proven background working in a UK accountancy practice
  

• Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax and general practice services
  

• Confident managing client relationships and delivering excellent service
  

• Motivated, organised and enthusiastic about being part of a growing firm
  

• Experience supervising or managing a team is highly desirable.
