We’re currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner who shares our mission to deliver outstanding care and education during the most formative years of a child’s life.

• A minimum Level 2 full and relevant Early Years qualification

🎨 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS guidelines


• Create a safe, imaginative, and stimulating learning environment


• Communicate children’s progress effectively with families


• Ensure accurate completion of all company documentation and procedures


• Work closely with your team to uphold high standards of care and education

📅 Working Hours
Full-time 4 or 5 day week 

💰 Salary
£26,353.60 – £28,059.20 per year (pro rata, based on 52 weeks)                           
Includes an additional £0.30 per hour weighting payment for Botley staff, recognising the location of the nursery. Subject to terms and conditions.
