Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant

At Teaching Tomorrow, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to work at a friendly and supportive primary school in Luton.

This is a full-time role to start after the February half-term until the end of the academic year. working in a lovely reception class.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff
• Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being
• Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing insights with the nursery team

Requirements:

• Teaching Assistant experience
• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Comfortable across the national UK curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
