🚐 The Role

Aspire People are looking for a qualified Minibus Driver to support education settings across Cardiff, transporting ALN/SEND pupils safely to and from various campuses.

The role may also involve providing transport for school sporting events and educational activities, making this a varied opportunity for an experienced driver looking to work within education.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 What You'll Be Doing

🚌 Safely transporting ALN/SEND pupils to and from different campuses
🏫 Supporting daily school and college transport requirements
⚽ Providing transport for sporting events and activities when required
🛡️ Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils throughout journeys
📋 Completing required vehicle and journey checks
🤝 Building positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff

✅ Essential Requirements

🚗 Category D1 Driving Licence - essential
🚌 MiDAS Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme - essential
👶 Experience transporting or working with children or young people is desirable
🧩 Experience supporting ALN/SEND pupils is desirable
🛡️ Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare
