Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or 3

Salary: £29,000

Hours: 45 hours per week

We are seeking a nurturing and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong understanding of child development. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.

The nursery has created a warm, child-centred space where children are encouraged to grow, explore, and thrive through play-based learning and positive relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for nurturing young children and supporting their learning

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of children

• Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where children can thrive

• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Observe, assess, and document each child’s learning and development

• Collaborate with parents to support their child’s progress and well-being
