Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Location: Smart Tots Day Nursery, Banbury

Salary (Based on 45 hours): £30,045.60

Hours: 40 or 45 per week over 5 days

Your main role and responsibilities will be to:

As a qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences following the EYFS framework

• Take responsibility for supporting children's development and learning through play

• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Observe, assess and record children’s progress

• Support the implementation of nursery routines and high standards of care

• Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

What We Are Looking For:

✔ Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
✔ Passion for working with young children
✔ Strong Understanding of the EYFS framework
✔ A positive, team-focused attitude
✔ Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
