About the Role

You’ll be working directly in social housing environments, carrying out pest inspections, treatments, and follow-ups across various properties. Every day will bring variety and purpose, as you help improve living conditions by managing and preventing pest issues in domestic settings.

  • Devise and implement pest management plans tailored to each situation
  • Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively, in line with health and safety standards
  • Complete reports and documentation accurately using Microsoft Excel and other software
  • Advise tenants and clients on preventative measures
  • Provide aftercare and follow-up visits where necessary
  • Collaborate with a wider repairs and maintenance team - small repair work experience is a plus

What We’re Looking For

? RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management - This is a must-have
? Minimum 1 year of hands-on pest control experience
? Previous work in a social housing setting is highly desirable
? Basic building repair knowledge is a nice-to-have
? Computer literate, especially with Excel (you’ll be logging and reporting findings)
? Full UK Driving Licence - a company van will be provided
? Strong communication skills - able to work with residents and housing teams
? Self-motivated, organised, and professional

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a respected company known for delivering quality services
  • Work alongside a friendly and experienced team
  • Enjoy variety in your day-to-day work, not just a "spray and go" approach
  • Competitive salary tailored to your experience
  • Company vehicle and support provided
  • Real potential for progression within a growing group of companies
