This company have close to 30 employees and are expanding, they are looking for an Electrical Team Manager to oversee, grow and mentor their existing team and support the companies ambitious growth goals.

This role will suit a Qualified Electrician with Management, Supervisory or Leadership experience looking to step into an Electrical Team Managers role where you will have the opportunity to further progress your career as the company looks to grow, combined with door to door overtime to increase your earnings with full autonomy.

The Role:
*Home based, completing quality checks, project support and team leadership of 15 Electricians
* Covering the UK, ideally commutable from Birmingham, Gloucestershire, Northampton, Oxfordshire, Swindon, Reading, Bristol and surrounding areas
*Further Career Progression as the company grows

The Person:
*Electrically qualified
*Some management or leadership experience
