Qualified Teacher

Academics is representing Secondary Schools in Buckinghamshire area who are looking for Teachers to start at their schools from September 2025.

We are working with excellent schools in Buckinghamshire, who are looking for teachers to become a part of their teams. Pay is commensurate with experience on the main teaching pay scales.

Successful applicants should be enthusiastic and ambitious and would be interested in developing their role within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across key stage 3, 4 and 5
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Help to manage a high standard of learning and behaviour in the classroom.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, QTS, QTLS)
• A minimum of 2 months' UK teaching experience in the past 4 years (this can include university placements).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Adherence to professional standards and commitment to student development.
• You must have the right to work in the UK.
