Teaching Tomorrow are looking for qualified Teaching Assistants to support schools across our local areas.

We are keen to speak with experienced and qualified TAs looking for anything from flexible day-to-day work through to regular, long-term positions.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

Supporting pupils within the classroom

Providing 1:1 and small-group intervention

Supporting pupils with additional learning or SEND needs

Assisting the class teacher with lessons and activities

Helping pupils remain engaged and focused

Supporting positive behaviour within the classroom

Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

Hold a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification, such as Level 2 or Level 3, or an equivalent qualification

Have previous experience supporting children within an educational setting

Are confident supporting pupils both individually and in groups

Are patient, caring and proactive

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Are reliable and adaptable

Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one

Experience supporting children with SEND would also be welcomed but is not essential for every opportunity.
