Job Description - Qualified Trade Mark Attorney

We are an IP firm with real personality, providing a full-service IP offering to a diverse client base, including owners of many of the world’s best-known brands. At HLK our success is built on exceptional client service and our strong collaborative culture.

We are looking for a qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join our growing Trade Mark and Litigation team - we have over 20 attorneys, paralegals and trainees across all our offices – this new role would be ideally based in our Bristol office, with a hybrid working pattern.

Ideally you will be:

CITMA qualified with 3+ years PQE, but talented individuals at all levels will be considered.
Commercially minded, self-motivated and client-focused.
A strong team player with relevant private practice or in-house experience.
