Quality Administrator

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator on a 6 month rolling contract, based in Worcestershire

Role Summary

This is primarily an administrative quality role focused on the accurate and timely release of product prior to despatch, working closely with Operations to support business output.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing the administrative process for product release prior to despatch

· Carrying out product inspection and material validation checks

· Raising and processing documentation using SAP and customer portals

· Liaising with Operations to resolve release blockers and support delivery timelines

· Maintaining accurate quality records and ensuring compliance with internal processes

· Supporting continuous improvement activity within the quality function

What we're looking for

· Previous experience in a quality, inspection, or release role — ideally within manufacturing or a technical environment

· Comfortable using IT systems, including SAP and web-based customer portals

· Methodical with strong attention to detail

· Good communicator who can work collaboratively with Operations teams

· Able to pick up new systems quickly and work under time pressure

Desirable

· Experience with product release or despatch administration

· Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar)

· Previous use of SAP in a quality or production context
