My client is a leader in the development of specialist high performance plastic packaging solutions and is extremely well established. This highly respected manufacturer is looking to expand its quality engineering capacity and is adding to the electrical knowledge already within their current team. The group supplies products into several blue chip manufacturing organisations with a reputation for product quality and reliability.

The Role

Reporting to Operations Director, you will be responsible for providing quality leadership and maintaining the quality to world class standards & supporting the position of a risk free supplier of packaging products. You will be charged with developing a plan for the improvement of quality on site., ensuring products produced on site meet requirements of QMS. The role will also involve a review of the QMS annually, to ensure all aspects of ISO & BRC standards are led & maintained whilst leading all elements of quality control.

You will also be responsible for all quality KPIs drivers in terms of CI, root cause analysis, implementing lean principles. There is a huge scope and variety on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
