Position: Quality & Compliance Manager
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk (Travel required)
Salary: £55,000 per annum + Welcome Bonus + Monthly Car Allowance + Employee bonus
Hours: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities as a Quality & Compliance Manager:

* Provide coaching, guidance and support to Home Managers across multiple care services.

* Lead on audits, quality reviews, compliance monitoring and improvement plans to drive service excellence.

* Analyse performance data, identify development areas and work with teams to promote safe, compassionate and high-quality care.

Requirements as a Quality & Compliance m:

* Previous experience in a quality, compliance or operational management role within health or social care.

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance frameworks.

* Experience supporting or managing multiple services.
