Are you a Quality or Compliance Manager looking for your next challenge with a rapidly expanding medical company, who prioritise the development and growth of their employees by offering the opportunity to work autonomously and have an influence on the direction and continuous improvement of the business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established healthcare group provide mobility solutions for both domestic and commercial clients across the UK, their devices include stairlifts and various patient handling equipment. Due to an ever-increasing workload and new contracts, they are expanding and restructuring the team to enable them to focus on providing a great service.

This varied and autonomous role, will see you responsible for a brand new position within the business. You will be looking after the Quality and Compliance of the service and supply chain aspects of the business, this will involve handling supplier management, cost analysis, monitoring service level agreements, internal auditing and holding the company to account when it comes to providing their services to customers.

This role would suit a candidate with a background in Quality or Compliance management, looking for a fresh challenge within a brand new role for a company who are in a significant period of growth and give you the opportunity to progress into senior positions.

The Role:

• Overall Quality & Compliance of Process and Service
• Root Cause Data Analysis
• Reporting and Auditing of internal processes
• Supplier Management and Costing
• Long term strategy and project management

The Person:

• Background in Quality or Compliance Management
• Knowledge of ISO9001
• Commutable to Wakefield, Grange Moor
