Job Description - Quality & Compliance (Ofsted)

HRS Healthcare are recruiting for a Quality and Compliance role (Ofsted regulated) this is a hybrid role with 3 days a week based in Leeds.

About the Quality and Compliance role

• To develop and implement a quality framework for the residential and supported accommodation services.

• Focusing on the residential and supported accommodation services, where you will act as subject -matter expert.

Requirements

About You

• You will have excellent knowledge of The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, The Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023 and The Care Standards Act 2000 and associated regulations.

• Experience of assessing the quality of service -delivery in a residential care and/or supported accommodation.

• Experience of making regulatory applications to Ofsted

• Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK
