In this highly-autonomous role, you will conduct audits and analyse results/data, from which you will propose continuous improvements and lead the project lifecycle.

The Role

• Conducting audits and analysing results/data (5 Why, Fishbone)
• Ability to put your own stamp on company processes and systems
• Proposing lean & six sigma continuous improvements and leading the project lifecycle

The Person

• Quality / Continuous Improvements Engineer
• Manufacturing or transferable Engineering background
• Wanting autonomy to lead continuous improvements as you see fit
