Quality & Operational Support Coordinator

The Opportunity: You will support the Quality Management System Manager in maintaining QMS documentation, governance logs, and operational standards at Newcastle upon Tyne.

Your Impact:

QMS & Document Control: Maintain controlled procedures, governance logs, and review schedules across the operation.
Audits & Control Checks: Support scheduled internal audits and perform defined operational control checks using established templates.
Exception Tracking: Review operational evidence, flag compliance gaps, and track corrective action plans to completion.
Reporting & Governance: Prepare routine management information, reports, and materials for internal and external reviews.Your Experience:

Operational & Quality Background: Prior experience in an administrative, operational support, quality, or governance role.
Accuracy & Organization: Strong attention to detail with proven ability to follow structured checklists, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
Core Tools: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word alongside clear written and verbal communication.
Industry Knowledge (Desirable): Familiarity with ISO 9001 principles, internal audits, or working in a regulated operational setting.This is an urgent vacancy where the hiring manager is shortlisting for an interview immediately.
