Quality & Operations Manager

We're looking for a Quality & Operations Manager to join our client's busy team, with regular travel between sites near Epsom and Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality and operational processes
• Use data to identify areas for improvement
• Manage programme schedules and delivery
• Support communication and teamwork across the organisation
• Lead projects to improve efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a commercial industry (unfortunately, we're not able to consider candidates from an education background)
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Willing and able to travel regularly by car

Please note: This role is based in Epsom, with three days per week expected on-site. In addition, you'll travel to the Derbyshire office every other week, typically for one to two days. A full, clean driving licence is essential.
