As a Quality and Product Standards Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Define and lead the strategy for QAQC processes and supplier compliance programmes across all product categories
Manage supplier audit programmes, including ethical audits such as SEDEX/SMETA
Support product safety and recall processes, working closely with Trading Standards
Analyse quality, complaint and audit data to identify trends and prioritise risk
Build strong working relationships with suppliers, test laboratories and internal stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and reporting frameworks
As a Quality and Product Standards Manager, your experience will include:

Strong background in QAQC or product compliance within retail, sourcing, or manufacturing environments
Proven experience managing supplier compliance and ethical audit programmes
Highly analytical approach, confident interpreting data and assessing risk
Clear, confident communicator, able to translate technical detail into practical guidance
Experience developing or maintaining quality systems and reporting frameworks
Willingness to learn is valued as highly as existing product knowledge
