Job Description - Quality & Test Certification Administrator
We are an established and well-respected manufacturing business currently experiencing a period of growth. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Quality & Test Certification Administrator to join our Test Certificate / Quality Department.
This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a structured environment and contributing to maintaining high quality standards.
The Role
The successful candidate will support the Quality Department with administrative tasks related to test certification, stock control, documentation, and quality systems. Accuracy, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Booking goods into the stock control computer system Recording goods on the test certification system Allocating and confirming picked goods within the stock system Producing outgoing test certificates Supporting stock balancing activities, including stock input forms and periodic stock checks Preparing and submitting project documentation Preparing documentation for third-party inspections Maintaining equipment calibration records Logging, investigating, and assisting with the resolution of customer complaints Supporting the Quality Department in maintaining documentation and records in line with company procedures Skills and Experience

Excellent attention to detail Strong data entry accuracy and speed Excellent organisation and administrative skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload A proactive and flexible approach to work Ability to adapt work pace depending on business requirements Capability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent timekeeping and reliability Essential Requirements
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles Strong organisational and communication skills Desirable (but not essential)
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment Working Hours & Benefits
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm 30-minute lunch break Opportunity to join a stable, growing manufacturing company Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
