• Job Type: Part-Time, Hybrid - up to 30 hours a week (flexible with days/hours)
• Location: Flexible (Hybrid with regular office presence in Portsmouth)
• Hourly Rate: £15.00–£18.00

We are seeking a part-time Internal Auditor & Quality Assurance Manager to join our clients' team within a hybrid capacity. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for continuous improvement, and a solid background in quality management systems. • Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed audit reports.
• Develop, review, and refine standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement within the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Depending on experience and contracted hours, additional opportunities may include client liaison, website updates, digital marketing support, general administrative duties, and coordination of marketing and social events.

• Proven experience conducting internal audits and preparing audit documentation ideally within construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Relevant qualifications in quality systems or auditing.

• Flexible part-time hours: 15–30 hours per week.
