Quality Assurance Operative

📍 Location: HU7, Hull

💷 Pay Rate: £14.05 per hour

⏰ Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Operative to join a busy and well-established food production company based in the HU7 area of Hull.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out quality checks on products throughout the production process
Monitoring food safety, quality, and hygiene standards
Completing quality documentation accurately and efficiently
Identifying and reporting any quality issues or non-conformances
Supporting production teams to ensure customer specifications are met
Assisting with audits and continuous improvement activities where required

Requirements

Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or food production environment is desirable
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards would be advantageous

Working Hours

This role involves 8-hour shifts, however start and finish times vary depending on production requirements. Shifts can start as early as 6:00am and finish as late as 4:30pm, so flexibility is essential.
