Salary: £46,579 – £49,817 depending on experience
TYPE: Full time (PERMANENT)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed Social Care team, leading on quality assurance, audit and practice improvement across Children and Adult Services.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence practice standards, promote good practice and help create a strong best-practice culture across the workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the Quality Assurance & Audit Strategy

* Develop and implement robust QA processes

* Identify and lead practice and policy improvements

* Provide leadership, support and constructive challenge to Team Managers and Social Workers

* Promote and share good practice across the workforce

* Support and supervise Practice Leads

* Drive continuous improvement across the service

ABOUT YOU

- Social Work Qualified
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- Strong social work practice experience
- Experience managing or supporting others
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident providing leadership and professional challenge
- Passionate about improving social work practice and outcomes
