You don’t need previous experience in insurance, compliance or quality assurance.

What you do need is great attention to detail, excellent listening skills and the motivation to learn.

At Usay Compare, one of the UK’s leading Private Medical Insurance intermediaries, we’re growing our Quality Assurance team and we’re looking for 2–3 Quality Assurance Administrators to help ensure our customers continue to receive the highest standards of advice.

What you will be doing

Your role is simple in principle but incredibly important.

You’ll spend your day listening to recorded customer calls, reviewing conversations against FCA regulations and our internal quality standards, identifying where advisers have done an excellent job and highlighting any areas where improvements are needed.

Your work helps protect our customers, supports our advisers and ensures we continue to deliver compliant, high-quality advice.

• A basic salary of £26,228

• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days after 2 years’ service
