An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join a successful specialist construction company. The company is a leading name in its sector, with an excellent track record of delivering successful projects across the UK. This position will play a crucial role in supporting its continued growth and success.

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager will include:

Leading the internal audit programme across multiple ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Liaising with third-party certification bodies and maintaining external accreditations and certifications.
Contributing to the improvement and implementation of management systems that reflect industry best practice.
Working with internal teams to ensure the accurate preparation of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.The successful Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager will have:

Proven experience in a similar compliance role, ideally within the construction or infrastructure industry.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and ideally experience with CHAS, Constructionline and RISQS audits.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
