Our client is a fresh food producer and large production unit; proud of their commitment to quality, sustainability, and the welfare of livestock and produce.
As they grow, they are now looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join their friendly team near Penrith.

What You’ll Do:
- Support quality checks and assurance across the operations
- Work closely with production to ensure compliance with food safety and industry standards
- Assist in audits, documentation, and maintaining our high standards of excellence
- Learn, grow, and develop your skills through hands-on experience and further training

? No Experience? No Problem.

? What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive, detail-oriented person with good organisational skills
- Someone who cares about quality and wants to grow in the food production industry
- Strong communication and a willingness to learn
- Experience in QA or food production is a plus, but not essential

Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year
