Quality Assurance Auditor

Are you an experienced Quality professional with a genuine passion for food safety and continuous improvement? We are delighted to be working with a well-established food manufacturing business who are looking to welcome a dedicated Quality Assurance Auditor into their busy Quality team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes real pride in their work and enjoys supporting a team, helping to maintain the very highest standards across the site. You will play a key role in ensuring products consistently meet customer expectations, and that the factory remains fully prepared for both internal and external audits at all times.

The Role

As Quality Assurance Auditor, you will support the wider Quality department across a broad and varied range of responsibilities, including:

-Maintaining product standards to ensure full alignment with customer requirements and specifications
-Supporting food safety and compliance standards across the site
-Ensuring the factory is audit ready at all times
-Assisting with both internal and external audits
-Conducting regular line checks across the production floor
-Producing and maintaining accurate quality documentation
-Supporting complaint investigations, helping to identify root cause and drive corrective actions
About You

We are looking for someone who is thorough, conscientious, and a strong team player, with the following essential experience and knowledge:

-Previous experience within a similar Quality Assurance or Auditor role within food manufacturing
-Strong working knowledge of HACCP
-A good understanding of BRC standards
-Sound knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
-Proven experience within auditing, both internal and external
-Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with colleagues across departments
