Key Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Coordinator:

• Lead and develop quality assurance systems and procedures aligned with UK/EU food regulations
• Maintain supplier databases, product specs, and technical documentation
• Ensure full packaging and labelling compliance for imported goods
• Investigate and resolve quality-related customer complaints
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
• Support (and potentially lead) BRCGS Agent & Broker certification
• Communicate confidently with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers

Skills & Experience:

• A degree-holder in Food Science or a related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in food QA within the UK food industry
• Solid understanding of BRCGS, HACCP, and UK/EU food safety standards
• A hands-on problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail
• A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
