Quality Assurance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Coordinator:

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures for cosmetic products.

• Conduct routine product testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality across all products.

• Review and analyze product specifications, raw materials, and packaging to verify quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and product quality reports.

• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to identify areas for process improvement.

• Support the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues, providing solutions as needed.

• Assist in preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).

• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills of a Quality Assurance Coordinator:

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance Coordinator role.

• Experience in cosmetics or personal care.

• Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous experience in the cosmetics or skincare industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with product testing procedures is an advantage.
